Sometimes in life a new passion or calling appears in an unexpected way. Although it might seem easier to stay on one’s current path, surrounded by ones sense of false security than to face the fear of the unknown, it seems more frightening to get to the end of ones journey and wonder what might life had been like if I had taken the risk and opportunity? If one continues to do what they do, then one will continue to be who they are. It is not always possible to have the perfect business plan, sometimes one must simply set up a safety net, trust their nature, take a leap of faith and jump, letting the why become the how.
I will soon create a new chapter following a calling to pursue a passion. I have an opportunity to use my photography as a means to communicate the needs that people and wildlife have on the other side of the world to people here who have a desire to fill that need. This project will take me on an 18 month journey to the far corners of the earth. I will be revealing the details of this project over the next several weeks.
